What I'm Liking: Full Metal Alchemist, my new anime goodies, and Nobodyknows+

Well, I've decided that occasionally I might do a post sort of describing what I'm liking, to kind of keep you more up to date with what I'm doing in my own anime life. Traditionally, you only see the fruition, such as a review or a con report, but this will be my way of letting you keep pace with me.

First off, I'll start by saying that I've been watching Full Metal Alchemist, a show I should've already seen, and loving it. Now, I'd caught a few episodes on a cartoon network run some time ago thanks to a friend; however, I didn't keep up with the airings. So lately, I've been watching the Subs, and I'm around 23 and like I said, really loving it. Now, I'm sure I'll do a review, even though probably everyone else has already finished, but I'm debating whether to read the manga and then do a compare and contrast review, so if you have any ideas, just leave a comment as I'm not sure myself what I'll choose.

Now, I'm also liking Anime Stores, because until recently in my hometown there'd never been one. Now though, we have a store called Morning Glory, and while this is far from grand, it's still very sweet. I'd say that the greatest section they have is their import DVD's and CD's, since these are for the most part reasonably priced, especially from importing online. While there, my brother picked up the imported first 12 episodes of Death Note in a nice, and cool case (pics later), while I purchased the second Death Note movie (Last Name), and the 2nd soundtrack for the show GTO, or Great Teacher Onizuka, easily one of my favorite shows. Perhaps I'll give more detailed reviews on all of these later, but like I said I just at least wanted to share what I've been doing in terms of anime lately, and well shopping is the answer.

Lastly though, for my second music video ever, I've also been really into Nobodyknows+'s song 'Hero's Come Back!!', which you may recognize as the opening for the Naruto: Shippuuden. Now, like my last song by Orange Range, this too is a J-Rap song, and if you are just getting into Japanese music and think you don't like American rap, like I traditionally don't, then you'll still be pleased I bet to hear Nobodyknows+ because it is just an exciting, and rocking song to say the least. I particularly love the video, because while in some ways it seems simple, it highlights the different singers well, plus look at that spit take in the beginning! Wow.... is all I have to say.

Okay, that's it I guess, but I'll check back soon, and here's the vid:
